1.3. Upon receiving a client’s request, MyChauffeurDrive sends comprehensive quotes, inclusive of all costs, to the email address provided in the Inquiry form, Quick Chat, or Contact form.
1.4. Our quotes encompass car rental, chauffeur services, fuel costs, and local taxes.
1.4.1. Included: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, local VAT, tolls, *Meet & Greet, *driver’s gratuity (*applicable in the UK & Europe only) 1.4.2. Excluded: paid parking, driver meals & accommodation, *Meet & Greet, *driver’s gratuity (*applicable in Russia, USA & Canada, Middle East, Australia) 1.5. Upon client confirmation, we identify a suitable carrier for the trip and negotiate the best price among several options.
1.6. Once a carrier is selected, we request our commission fee from the client to finalize the booking. The carrier receives their payment directly from the client at pick-up, either in cash or by card.
1.7. All commission fees are processed through the pay.mychauffeurdrive.com website.

2.3.1. Note: Our service excludes the direct transportation costs, which the client pays directly to the chauffeur service.
2.4. To provide a quote, clients must provide their email, name, service date, and itinerary via the Inquiry Form or Quick Jivo Chat.
2.4.2. We dispatch a detailed offer to the client’s email within 24 hours.
3.2. Our commission fee represents MyChauffeurDrive’s (Chauffeur Driven Worldwide SRL’s) compensation for the services rendered.
3.3. Clients settle the remaining balance directly with the chauffeur company in cash or by card.
3.4. Driver details (name, phone number) are sent to the client via email 24-14 hours before the trip.
3.5. Clients can secure their reservation by paying our commission fee using Visa or MasterCard on https://pay.mychauffeurdrive.com/.
4.2. Note: Extra charges, including paid parking or extended service hours, are settled directly with your chauffeur in cash or via bank transfer if required by the carrier.
4.3. If an English-speaking driver is essential, clients must inform us in advance via email. We do not guarantee an English-speaking driver in every country we operate, especially in Latin America and Asia.
4.4. MyChauffeurDrive is accountable for:
4.4.2. Carrier’s Responsibilities: 4.4.2.1. All carriers must comply with regulations governing passenger transportation, holding appropriate authorizations and insurance. 4.4.2.2. Carriers must also enforce applicable laws and regulations in their service jurisdictions. 4.4.2.3. Carriers are obligated to be punctual at the designated pick-up location (airport, hotel, etc.). 4.4.2.4. In case of delays due to traffic, carriers must notify the client via phone or WhatsApp.
5.2. Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle.
5.3. Clients must understand that the driver’s primary role is safe transportation, not providing tour guide services.
5.4. The vehicles we offer, supplied by manufacturers like Toyota, Mercedes, and VW, come with standard configurations.
5.5. We only guarantee a vehicle category, such as standard or premium, not a specific model.
5.6. Clients should refrain from mistreating or harassing the driver.
5.7. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver upon pick-up, not after the trip.
5.8. Special requests, like a suited driver, should be communicated in advance.
5.9. Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon itinerary sent via email. Additional services require prior approval from the driver.
5.10. Clients should not pressure the driver into offering extra services.
5.11. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client will incur additional charges, borne entirely by the client.
